1. Physical – this is where students learn various techniques and develop muscular and skeletal strength and co-ordination
2. Mental – this is where student’s analysis and processing of mental imaging will happen. Through practice, the processing of these images will speed up (hence faster reaction time) and better analysis of information. This process is through the nervous system since body follows the mind, there are two sides to mind process
A. Concious mind – this is where images are received and analysis will happen. Normally the reaction time is too slow and requires decision making (right or wrong) Example: The first time riding a bike or first time dealing with a problem.
B. Subconscious Mind – where information from past interactions and experiences is stored. As the answers are already available (past experiences) the reaction time is much faster. Example: Riding a bike after many years. You no longer think about your actions and actually can do multi tasking. This is because enough practice has been done and corrected information has been stored.
3. Psychological – In the back ground of all mind activity we have Psycho-analysis playing, these are information’s which are learned by various exposures to sometimes extreme conditions. Throughout our growth it sometimes effects our decision making process. These are normally non physical experiences but can have profound effects i.e. fears, jealousies, etc…
4. Spiritual – this is where students have become more in tuned with one self. This is a result of overcoming and perfecting the above three steps, this has nothing to do with any beliefs or religious thought. It only serves to instil better understanding of one self.
It is worth while remembering that
